Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers with static assets). Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request details when pages are delivered.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

At the time of writing, the website itself does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on this site; no third-party font services are used. The contact and rental enquiry forms load Cloudflare Turnstile, described below.

Contact and rental enquiry forms

When you submit the contact form or the rental enquiry form, the information you enter is sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded by email to DENNO Entertainment. This includes your name, your email address, the topic, your message and, for rental enquiries, the item and dates you select. We use this information to reply to you. A rental enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Service providers involved:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and runs the form’s server-side code. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a real browser rather than a bot; for this, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address.
• Resend — email delivery service used to send your message to our inbox.

Your message is delivered to our email inbox at dennoentertainment@gmail.com. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website.

Retention period for enquiry emails (how long they are kept) — to be supplied. No retention period has been defined.

Legal basis for processing, and the processors’ details (locations of processing, data-processing agreements, international transfers) for Cloudflare, Resend and Google (email inbox) — to be supplied after legal review.

Whether and how long Resend and Cloudflare keep delivery or security logs — to be confirmed.
